Lifetime Warranty

At INOVT, we believe high-performance products should be built to last.

Every INOVT carbon component is designed, engineered, and manufactured with strict quality standards to deliver exceptional performance and long-term reliability.

For this reason, INOVT provides a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner of our products.

This warranty reflects our confidence in our materials, engineering, and manufacturing processes.

Warranty Coverage

The INOVT Lifetime Warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in carbon fiber structures

Carbon layer bonding or delamination caused by manufacturing issues

Structural failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship

Defects caused by the manufacturing process

If an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed, INOVT will provide:

Product repair when possible, or

Replacement with the same or equivalent product

Warranty Limitations

The INOVT Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

Crash damage, accidents, or impacts

Damage caused by improper installation

Damage caused by incorrect torque settings

Damage caused by over-tightening bolts or clamps

Modification, repainting, drilling, or alteration of the product

Normal wear and cosmetic damage

Damage caused by misuse or use outside intended applications

Products purchased from unauthorized dealers

Carbon components are precision performance products. Installation must always follow INOVT recommended torque specifications and installation guidelines.

Original Owner Coverage

The INOVT Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

The warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners.

INOVT may request inspection of the product before determining warranty coverage.

Crash Replacement Program

While our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects, accidents are not considered manufacturing issues.

To support our riders, INOVT offers a Crash Replacement Program for eligible customers.

If your INOVT component is damaged in an accident, we may offer a replacement product at a special customer price.

Crash Replacement eligibility:

Original owner only

Proof of purchase required

Product authenticity must be verified

Replacement terms depend on product model and availability

Safety Inspection

If an INOVT carbon component experiences a significant impact or crash, discontinue use immediately.

Carbon damage may not always be visible. Contact INOVT for professional evaluation before continuing to ride.
